I am starting over again hopefully for the last time. I had a bit of an injury on my acheillis and I think it may have been due to the shoes I was running in so I am going to try to start training in my old shoes. If I have no pain then I will just buy some new Saucony's. I have decided that I am going to do Tough Mudder in April and I realized I am running out of time to train. Last year I didn't train at all and it was awful so it can't be much worse than that. I am looking for a new running training plan, does anyone have any suggestions?
